Partners, Family, & Friends Support Group

Join fellow significant others on their journey supporting survivors.

It can be difficult when someone you love is going through trauma, but you are not alone. If you are a survivor’s partner, family member, or another key part of their support system, you're invited to join our psychoeducation and support group for partners, family, and friends.

Thursdays 6:15–7:45 p.m.
March 7–April 18, 2024
99 Bishop Allen Dr. Cambridge, MA 02139

What to expect: Sessions will cover topics like trauma reactions, self-care, healing processes, and compassion/self-compassion. This is a closed, in-person group series, meaning you'll be among the same folks every week.

What to bring: Just yourself! Handouts and note-taking materials will be provided. If you like, please feel free to bring a non-alcoholic beverage to stay hydrated.

How to sign up: Call Alina at 617-649-1288 or Brandon at 617-902-2839 to set up an intake by Thursday, February 22.
