Intro to the Impact of Trauma

Wednesday, October 11, 2023   Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2023 6–7:30 p.m.

Join us for the first of our October survivors workshops! We’ll talk about how to identify the impacts of trauma in your life, define what it means to cope, offer different methods to practice, and help create coping plans. Survivors of all gender identities and presentations are welcome.

Wednesday, October 11, 2023
6–7:30 p.m.
99 Bishop Allen Drive, Cambridge

What to expect: This is an open-door information session for survivors. You won’t be sitting in a long lecture—you’ll be actively participating in engaging activities. You won’t be asked to share everything that’s happened to you—you’ll be guided to focus on a specific topic. The best part is, you won’t be alone—you’ll join a community that’s dedicated to your healing and empowerment.

What to bring: Just yourself! Handouts and note-taking materials will be provided. If you like, please feel free to bring a non-alcoholic beverage to stay hydrated.

Registration is optional. Questions? Call Danielle at 617-649-1284.
