Op-Ed: Here’s What Your Workplace Can Do about Sexual Harassment

In light of mounting reports of sexual harassment and assault—particularly in workplaces—BARCC Executive Director Gina Scaramella wrote an op-ed for the Boston Globe. In the piece, Gina laid out tangible steps workplaces can take to prevent and appropriately respond to sexual harassment. 

Excerpt: "Bringing these conversations to your school or workplace is a massive disruption to business as usual, and that’s exactly what we need."
