BARCC invites you to our upcoming in-person Movement and Somatic Healing Group for survivors at BARCC’s office! You’ll connect with fellow survivors while learning about common impacts of trauma. You’ll go through movement practices to become more aware of the body and the role of the mind-body connection in healing from sexual trauma.

Sessions are free to attend. This is a closed, in-person group series, meaning you’ll be among the same folks every week.

There’s more information on when and where the workshops will be held below. If you have additional questions or would like to request enrollment, please reach out to Olivia, the clinician running the workshop, at 617-902-2834.
