BARCC invites you to our upcoming in-person Art & Self-Care for Survivors workshop series at BARCC’s office! You’ll connect with fellow survivors while using art as a healing tool for grounding and relaxation. Activities will include drawing, coloring, painting with watercolors, and using mixed media.
This workshop is a great way to see how art and community can help you manage your emotions and stress. Sessions are anonymous and free. You are welcome to attend all of the sessions or just one.
If you don’t want to attend a workshop alone, friends, family members, siblings, and partners are more than welcome.
There’s more information on when and where the workshops will be held below. If you have additional questions about the sessions and what to expect, please reach out to Bella, the clinician running the workshop, at 617-649-1262.
