BARCC Executive Director Gina Scaramella appeared yesterday on Boston Neighborhood Network News, talking about Sexual Assault Awareness Month, dress codes, BARCC services, our annual Walk for Change, and more!
Excerpt: "That's one of the things that's so important about having a robust rape crisis center that we have here in Boston, which really can work with someone from moments after an assault accompanying them to the hospital or using our hotline services to decades afterwards. Because as you said, the effects really go on and on and sort of circle back as some as people go through different pieces of their life."
