BARCC Advocacy and Legislative Affairs Manager Katia Santiago-Taylor went on Boston Neighborhood Network News to talk about the proposed changes to Title IX and where BARCC stands on them. 

Excerpt: "When we think about Title IX, this is a matter that's being handled in schools, higher education, the education system. This is not a criminal case. It should be treated like a civil proceeding."
