Process
- First, you’ll fill out our web form or complete a request for services via our hotline or office phone to register interest in group counseling with BARCC.
- You’ll receive a call, during which you’ll schedule a time for your intake meeting over the phone.
- You’ll attend your intake, where you will discuss whether you are a good fit for any of the groups we host at BARCC. If you are not eligible, you may get connected with other resources.
- If eligible and suitable, you will receive a call one month prior to the group’s start date, where you will schedule a screening with the two group facilitators. You will also discuss whether you are still intersted in becoming involved with group counseling at BARCC.
- You will received another call to relay whether or not you have been selected for the group, and to confirm your ability to attend. If so, you will show up on the day of your group’s start date, and will officially be a participant in a BARCC counseling group.
