What to expect:
If you weren’t able to make the first October Survivor Workshop, that’s totally fine. This is an open-door information session for survivors. You won’t be sitting in a long lecture—you’ll be actively participating in engaging activities. You won’t be asked to share everything that’s happened to you—you’ll be guided to focus on a specific topic. The best part is, you won’t be alone—you’ll join a community that’s dedicated to your healing and empowerment.
What to bring:
Just yourself! Handouts and note-taking materials will be provided. If you like, please feel free to bring a non-alcoholic beverage to stay hydrated.
In this workshop, we’ll explore the meaning of self-care, talk about the obstacles that keep us from self-care, and brainstorm ways to be more intentional about attending to our physical, mental, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Survivors of all gender identities and presentations are welcome.
Registration is optional. Questions? Call Danielle at 617-649-1284.
