For urgent building access issues (e.g., snow on sidewalk, ice on ramp), please call our office at 617-492-8306 and ask for someone in Operations. If you are receiving services at BARCC and need more detailed accessibility information, please call and ask for a client services access coordinator.

Our Cambridge office has limited accessibility for people with a wheeled mobility device. It has a ramp and small elevator that fits most mobility devices and strollers. There is no automatic door opener. Let us know if you need help with the door and we can arrange for someone to meet you.
This diagram at right shows the dimensions of the Cambridge office elevator. Door: 31.5 inches; inside: 56.25 by 42.5 inches. The green box represents the button panel; the button for the second floor (where BARCC is located) is 53 inches up from the floor.
Our Waltham office is fully accessible from the front of the building. A ramp and automatic door are available for you to use.
