“I thank the stars that I picked up the phone, and you were on the other end of the line.” – Survivor Our hotline receives thousands of calls and chats each year that are primarily answered by volunteers like you. Volunteers provide crisis counseling and support for survivors and their significant others over the phone or online via web chat. They also provide resources and referrals to callers. We are currently seeking hotline volunteers of all genders. Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus. This volunteer position requires our 40-hour training. See upcoming training dates here.
