The Boston Area Rape Crisis Center Youth Leadership Corps (YLC) is a group of young leaders, ages 14–18, who learn about and create projects to educate their community on issues of sexual violence prevention, healthy relationship promotion, and other relevant social justice topics. YLC members are paid a monthly stipend for their participation. Members are expected to attend weekly after-school meetings in-person at BARCC’s Cambridge location and virtually via Google Meet over the course of the academic year (September – May).
