BARCC’s 19th Annual Walk for Change was a powerful day of community, healing, and action. On April 27, nearly 300 participants gathered at Constitution Beach to raise their voices, celebrate resilience, and take collective steps toward ending sexual violence. Thanks to the commitment of our walkers—and the generous support of our business community—we raised critical funds to support our free, confidential services for survivors and vital prevention and education programs across Greater Boston.

None of this would have been possible without our incredible sponsors. These organizations stepped up to stand in solidarity with survivors and demonstrate their deep commitment to a safer, more compassionate world.

With Deep Gratitude to Our Sponsors

We are especially grateful to Encore Boston Harbor and Oliver Wyman, whose generous contributions made a significant impact on this year’s Walk. Their leadership and continued support are helping to expand access to care, amplify survivors’ voices, and build lasting change in our communities.

  • Encore Boston Harbor: A luxury resort with a heart for community. Encore is a longtime partner of BARCC’s mission and a returning sponsor whose dedication to wellness, empowerment, and equity continues to shine through.
  • Oliver Wyman: A global leader in strategic advisory, Oliver Wyman brings a thoughtful and committed approach to social responsibility. Their meaningful investment in this year’s Walk helped strengthen our ability to serve survivors and spark dialogue.

We are also proud to recognize our additional 2025 Walk for Change sponsors:

  • Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center – A dedicated healthcare partner and returning sponsor, BIDMC continues to stand with survivors and advocate for their well-being.
  • Eastern Bank – With a long history of community support, Eastern Bank brings compassion and strength to every cause they champion.
  • Mass General Brigham Newton-Wellesley Hospital – A vital healthcare provider whose sponsorship reflects their commitment to healing and safety in our local communities.
  • Planning and Protecting – Their national network of legal professionals empowers individuals and families, and we’re thankful for their support in this year’s Walk.

Your Partnership Powers This Work

To all of our sponsors: thank you for showing what it means to be a true community ally. Your generosity fuels our mission and sends a clear message that survivors are never alone.
