Art & Self-Care for Survivors
This workshop is centered around art and self-care. You’ll connect with fellow survivors while using art as a healing tool for grounding and relaxation. Activities will include guided meditations, drawing, coloring, painting with watercolors, and using mixed media. You will not be asked to share personal experiences. Survivors of all gender identities and presentations are welcome.

What to expect:
This is an open-door information session for survivors. You won’t be sitting in a long lecture—you’ll be actively participating in engaging activities. You won’t be asked to share everything that’s happened to you—you’ll be guided to focus on a specific topic. The best part is, you won’t be alone—you’ll join a community that’s dedicated to your healing and empowerment.
What to bring:
Just yourself! You may also bring a plus one, if you’d like. Art materials will be provided. If you like, please feel free to bring a non-alcoholic beverage to stay hydrated.
