As we head into 2024, we need your help to make sure we have the resources required to continue helping survivors and advocating to end sexual violence.

We know many other worthy causes are also asking for your help this Giving Tuesday.

That’s why we wanted to lay out four big ways that your gift will go to work immediately, when you choose to donate to BARCC!

Immediate & Ongoing Help for Survivors: Your generosity helps support each survivor’s journey, whether they call our 24/7 support hotline, receive medical advocacy at area hospitals, or receive free BARCC counseling or legal services.

Preventing Sexual Violence: Giving Tuesday presents a unique opportunity for you to play a pivotal role in creating a world free from sexual violence. Every dollar you donate helps enable us to provide essential education, from in-person workshops for survivors and their families to prevention training in schools.

A Powerful Community: BARCC is more than an organization; it is a collective force for change, and you are an integral part of this movement. Your donation is critical to keeping this community vibrant, organized, and impactful. As we come together on Giving Tuesday, let’s celebrate the strength of our community and the positive impact we can make when united.

Advocates in Boston & Beyond: The BARCC team is advocating for laws and policies that reflect our values and yours. Right now, we are rallying for the state of Massachusetts to pass the Healthy Youth Act, which would substantially modernize the way sex education is taught in our schools, emphasizing consent and boundaries and making the curriculum far more inclusive!

Your contribution to BARCC, no matter the size, directly impacts the lives of survivors in our community and helps reach those who need us, everywhere.

Thank you sincerely, from the whole team here at BARCC for considering us on Giving Tuesday. We recognize that without you, our work would not be possible.
